New to Pickleball? This introductory course allows you to explore your interest and learn more about the game without a commitment to a “long-term relationship”. In this session you will learn the basics – from simple warmups and equipment to game play – while meeting new people.
90-minutes will fly by and you will leave the session and tell others, “I met pickleball and I know pickleball!”
Designed for those interested in improving consistency in performance and achievement as a player, this program will focus on the practice and development of the skills most used in game play.
Modified game play exercises will be used to efficiently practice skills.
Work with others at the same level of play to improve shot-making, strategy, fitness, hand-eye coordination, and consistency.
